Get Max nerve/hand surgery

In December I sliced my palm on some broken glass. This damaged nerves essential to my fine motor control, and has rendered me incapable of playing guitar.

This sucks and has been a struggle for me.

If you've ever thought one of my riffs were even ok, please, I'd massively appreciate anything you can spare to help me get the nerve surgery I need.
