Get Max's Family to Safety
Donation protected
At Inner Dimension TV we pride ourselves on our diverse, multi-cultural and global team. And now, one of our team members needs our collective help. Max, a video editor for IDM, and his family are based in Ukraine and now find themselves fleeing for their lives. On February 24, 2022, at 4 am, the Russian army attacked Kyiv and began bombing the suburbs. Air raid sirens blared, waking the startled, sleeping family. Max, Max's wife, Anastasia, and their 5-year-old son immediately left the city. But, in a mad dash to escape, they could only bring essential documents and a handful of children's clothes with them. They are now staying in a house with other refugees. Max's family is currently seeking asylum in Poland. Max must remain in Ukraine until the end of the war.
Anastasia, works for a public, non-profit organization helping refugees adapt to a new life, providing psychological support and humanitarian assistance. She never imagined that she would face the need for humanitarian aid herself one day.
Max continues to edit from the bomb shelter, which gives him some sense of normalcy amidst the fear and chaos of their situation. Air raid sirens sound throughout the day and night, causing everyone to race to the shelter. The children are scared. Max and Anastasia are scared. Every day their son asks, "why is there a war now?" to which they cannot give an answer...
This beautiful family has lost everything. They have nothing with them, and they need your help.
Your financial support will go toward helping the family relocate to Poland, establish safe housing, acquire food and new clothing as they wait for the end of the war. In addition, your donations will help Anastasia, their son, elderly mother and Max's younger brother find some semblance of safety during these uncertain times as they eagerly await for Max to join them.
