Help Millie get back home with her family

Please can you help us get Millie back home.

Millie was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. She has multiple brain tumours and cancer of the spine she was diagnosed when she was just 13. Her life has been filled with cancer treatment hospital visits and unbelievable pain and discomfort not only has this disease affected her, but it is affected her family. Her mum, dad and brother have all suffered as Millie’s struggles with her illness.

Millie always tries to stay positive. She has been in Hospital/Hospice for 9 months now. She has had a major operation to help her walk as the cancer attacks her spine but sadly this was unsuccessful and Millie is now totally reliant on a wheelchair and has no movement below her waist. She is prevented from returning home to be with her mom and dad in Falmouth due to her accommodation now being unsuitable as Millie would not be able to move out of her bedroom and would not have access to her bathroom. She needs the house altering so her wheelchair will fit through the doorways and she needs a hoist on a track so she is able to move from her bed to her bathroom. She also needs a wet room so that she can have her dignity.

Millie and her family want for nothing more than to have her back home where she needs to be. Please would you consider helping Millie get back home by making a donation.
