Get my dad a Mobility Scooter

Hello I'm Colleen, my 73 year old father William has many health problems. The main ones being Parkinsons and Emphasyma. Emphasyma especially has made it hard for him to walk around even at home sometimes. He has an oxygen tank to help but walking too much brings his oxygen level down quickly. He can faint and collapse because of low oxygen level in his blood. So a mobility scooter will help him get around and give him his Independence still. We have had many problems and delays with help from organisations this being one of them. Anything will be appreciated. Thankyou
