Get my Dad home to Romania for his funeral

Hi, I'm Ruxandra and I've been living in London for 8 year, away from my family. After two long covid years, my parents were finally able to come and visit me in London, and as part of their trip, my father wanted especially to visit Edinburgh. We had an amazing two days, visiting Edinburgh Castle and the Hollyrood Distillery and he was very happy indeed being finally reunited as a family.

Unfortunately, on the morning of the last day, we found my father had died in his sleep. He is still in Edinburgh, where we wait for his body to be released to the funeral home.

My mother and I are desperate to get him taken back to Costesti in Romania so he can be buried near my mother's home where she can visit his grave as much as is possible, but the cost of doing this is simply beyond our ability.

My mother is now in a wheelchair as she hurt her back, giving cardiac massage to my father when she found him on that Friday morning. I am their only daughter and have no family in the UK, so I am asking for your help in finding the funds to get him back to his home in Romania.
