Get Dennis' foot better for the holidays!

My name is Dennis, some of you know me. I have been living with a sharp, biting pain in my left foot for 6 whole months. It impairs my ability to walk, it keeps me from putting my weight on it for any length of time. It feels awful and it's not getting any better. Two x-rays have not revealed any issues, but at the end of the day my calf is swollen to double the width of my other. It's just become too much for me. Obviously, I don't have any health insurance. The podiatrist visit is $250, flat rate, up front, before any testing. The use of the M.R.I. is $879 plus fees, including transportation to the doctor. I can afford SOME of this, so I'm not even asking to cover all of this. Like, the $250 desk rate I can afford. I am asking just for some testing to get a diagnosis, so I can make this STOP. I have been living with this for so long I honestly worry that this is somehow permanent damage. But I really just need a diagnosis so I know what to do moving forward. Anything at all would help, and I would be forever grateful. Anything at all!
