Get Pamela to Mayo Clinic!

Hi my name is Susan and I'm helping my friend Pamela raise $ to go to the Mayo clinic. As many of you know, our sweet Pamela has been diagnosed with Ataxia and has been living with painful, debilitating symptoms for more than 2 years! They've accepted her case at Mayo already, but the next hurdle to overcome is the cost of travel and copays in addition to any treatment that may not be covered by insurance. Since she's had such a tough time so far, I'd like to make this part easier for her.
