Get Ryder a new working wheelchair

Hi my name is Ryder and I have Spina bifida and Ehlers danlos syndrome both of which that prevent me from walking full time. Insurance keeps taking forever to get me a new chair and one minute I'm approved and the next I'm not and I'm sick and tired of it. My chair currently is too small and my loaner nobody is able to push me in it which is an issue for the winter also just isn't the best chair for me and I need something that I can use better independently this is where I need your help. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it.
