Get Saquon back in the game!

In early September, Saquon trodded is little 5.5 pound body through Grays Ferry looking for help. He found his way to a good samaritan who was getting ready for a run and starting rubbing up against his legs and purring. He knew he had found his savior.

Saquon was very skinny and his fur was matted. He had no energy to clean himself and was in need of help. Saquon followed this good samaritan through his front door to the back patio where he was able to relax away from the danger of cars and other street animals while they contacted Fishtails.

Saquon is infinitely appreciative of his new indoor life and is a constant source of affection and coos. The streets were not kind to this sweet boy. Saquon was rushed to the ER with high blood sugar, gastritis, pancreatitis, Ileus, and chronic kidney changes. His matted fur was shaved off and he was prescribed a slew of medications to get him back to the vibrant, healthy cat we know he once was.

Through all this Saquon, has not lost his optimism. He is grateful for this second chance and we will not let him down. Support Saquon and have a chance to win two Philadelphia Eagles tickets for all donations before 10/9.
