Get Truly, Madly, Baldy to the Edinburgh Fringe !

As some of you may know I am bald. I am also, from time to time an actor and writer. I have managed to incorporate all three of these elements to make my first ever full length theatre show Truly, Madly, Baldy. This is a comedy that looks at the lives of two people who suffer from the hair loss condition Alopecia. Told through very silly and very real life stories, Truly, Madly, Baldy explores topics such as hair loss and beauty standards and how both of these impact our two characters. I have been developing this project since my hair fell out back in late 2019 due to developing Alopecia and i wanted to reach out and speak to other people who have also been effected by Alopecia and create more stories to add to mine. It's a true and unique piece of theatre which covers a topic that i believe has yet to be covered in theatre, so there is huge potential here (I think anyway). Basically the fringe is a pure bump and Arts Council England do not necessarily fund Edinburgh Fringe shows, so unfortunately I am reaching out to you all and asking for some very kind donations to help get my show to the fringe. Basic things such as accomdation, travel and food etc are what need covering the most and these are sadly the most expensive elements of the fringe for that month long duration.
