GetMePPE Indiana is a regional affiliate of the GetUsPPE national organization.
We are a dedicated group of medical students across Indiana. Our mentors, teachers, role models, and future co-workers are currently serving on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic without adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
We are passionate about helping keep our frontline workers and high-risk communities safe.
Our group of students have been reaching out to local businesses and schools to collect N95 masks, surgical masks, isolation gowns, gloves, and other PPE. We are working hard to do everything that we can to give proper protection to our frontline providers and high-risk populations.
GetMePPE Indiana is working directly with state and county officials to facilitate donations to the high-need facilities.
Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehab facilities, EMS, and homeless shelters; if there’s a need, we’re working on it.
We are using our funds for purchases of bulk PPE. The prices are ever-fluctuating, and we are working with supply chain experts at projectn95.org to ensure that our purchases are legitimate and secure.
