Getting Lauren Home

Hi, my name is Tiffany Lane. I'm married to Eric Lane who is the father of Lauren. Lauren moved to Connecticut some time back. On Thanksgiving Day, she was found unconscious, no heartbeat, no breathing for an unknown amount of time. She has been on full life support since Thursday night. Tests will be ran on Monday to determine if she is completely brain dead, or has some brain activity. The Drs and ICU team are working feverishly 24/7 on her in hopes of some miracle. They say things look bleak, but are not giving up on her. Eric hasn't worked in nearly a year due to having 2 major surgeries and waiting on his disability. We've been living off of my disability all the while raising Lauren's baby, who is now 2. Eric has to get to Connecticut to be with his daughter during this time. He will have to make important decisions after these tests are ran Monday. He will then have to get her home. If the worst case scenario occurs, a funeral will have to be planned. We realize that it is the holidays and funds are tight right now, but if you can help us in any way, it would greatly be appreciated. If you cannot, we understand. Your prayers are greatly needed.
