Baby Norton

We’re the Nortons. If you know us, you know how badly we have wanted to have another baby for years. We have tried 12 times, performing the inseminations ourselves at home. After 2 miscarriages, and our live donor having a vasectomy, we are out of options to try again on our own. A single vial of sperm is $1,875 without the cost of shipping and storage added on, and there is a chance we could need more than that. Fertility treatments and the cost of insemination are also a factor. While we do have the money to care for a baby, we are struggling to get the money to make another one with the help of doctors. Any money raised will go directly to the medical costs it takes to bring a baby into the world as a same sex couple struggling with infertility.

Having a sibling for Grayson has been our dream since he was born. He has been heartbroken twice now, wondering why his potential siblings can’t seem to make it out of mommy’s belly. We would really love to make his (and our) dream come true by giving him a brother or sister.

It is a little embarrassing to have to make something like this, but we are willing to put the embarrassment aside to try to grow our family. The price seems so high but it gives us a chance to purchase multiple vials for multiple shots at one baby, or potentially vials to store for another sibling if we can have success this time around using 1 or 2 vials.
