BUILDING AN OUTDOOR PARK

Please join us with raising money in aid of GENERAL FOUNDATION APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN CHRIST. Every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. Weʼre raising £2,000 to build a outdoor park for our youth from Zim, Botswana, SA & UK when they all come together at the headquarters of the church based in Plumtree, Zimbabwe. We believe that the youth is the future and the future would be so much brighter if the youth were united. Therefore; we want to bridge the gap between the different cultures that make up the congregation of our church by building a outdoor park.

We want to use this outdoor park as a platform for the youth to intergrate. The bible says in 1 Peter 5:9 (NKJV) “Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” We believe that the outdoor park can be used as a tool for the youth to have transparent conversations about their everyday struggles, and be an ear and a place of comfort for one another.  The people in the bible were located everywhere around the world, nevertheless they were all confronted with trials and tribulations. So the human experience is the same universally. Although, all our youth are situated around the world, they all have the same struggles and in the outdoor park whilst playing they can begin to see how similar their wound are and be a support system for one another. The walk with Christ can be hard and sometimes lonely, so forging relationships with fellow Christians will make it a little better.
