Temperate Rainforest Rowing Challenge
As I enter my ninetieth year, I am planning to row 22 miles in 11 hours to support the Thousand Year Trust www.thousandyeartrust.org.
The Trust‘s purpose is to restore and triple Britain’s Temperate Rainforest, one of the most important but least understood ecosystems in the battle against climate change. Once covering 20% of the British Isles, Temperate Rainforest is now reduced to tiny pockets.
Now, the Thousand Year Trust is building Europe's first Temperate Rainforest Research Station. Please support me and the trust HERE:

As my legs are no longer up to running marathons and climbing mountains, I will be rowing the width of the English Channel up and down the River Tamar, on the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
Help save Britain’s remaining Rainforest!
