Rach and Craigs York 10k!!

This summer me and Dad are raising money for St Leonard’s Hospice York by running the York 10k.‍♀️‍♀️

St Leonards Hospice York is incredibly important to me because both my Hopwood Grandparents spent their final days in their care. Everything they do never goes unnoticed and we want to do more to give back to them.❤️

I have been training for this since the beginning of the year, starting with the couch to 5k! This week I managed my first 6k which I am so proud of so just over half way there!! We appreciate any donation you can make, anything big or small makes such a huge difference.

P.S Dad probably won’t do any training as he says “I am an athlete”.
