Kyla and I are raising money for GHS Senior Survivor!

Senior Survivor is a week-long charity event where 16 seniors are chosen to move into the high school and compete to see who can fundraise the most money for the Grandville Student Assistance Fund. This fund supports students and families across the district. Similar to the game show “Survivor”, contestants will be challenged, alliances will be made, money will be raised, and tons of fun will be had! About Emma!

Hi, my name is Emma Kusmierski and I am a senior at Grandville High School. I am heavily involved in and outside of school. I have been in student council for 4 years now and loved every second of it. My love and passion to lead my peers led me to apply and become Secretary of council my junior year and vice president this year. Along with student council I am also involved in be nice., WALC, NHS, DECA, youth leadership at St. Pius X Parish, trail dawgs, where I'm a coach to elementary school runners, summer and winter run club, and cross country, where I stood as captain this year. Although all those extracurriculars keep me extremely busy I love to read, hangout with my friends and family, spend summer weekends at the lake, run with my teammates, and play hockey. An interesting fact about me is that I spontaneously joined the Griffins Girls Youth hockey team as a goalie, with no prior hockey experience before my first day of practice. I believe my passion to lead others, spread positivity, and my ability to talk to absolutely anyone gives me the highest advantage in this competition. Senior Survivor here I come! `

Hi! My name is Kyla, and I am a 5th grader at Century Park! I like hanging with my family, gymnastics, and working out. I am excited to compete and raise money, and believe that my strength and smarts can help Emma win Senior Survivor!
