Giabella Grace

Giabella (Gia) was a healthy 3.5 year old kid with 2 older brothers, Gavin and Graygen.  At this time, she is fighting for her life. Gia was struck by pneumonia in the worst way. Doctors are puzzled at how quickly she has deteriorated. She has been hospitalized since April 9th when she was admitted for pneumonia. Her condition has escalated because not only did Gia contract two viruses, but she also turned sepsis with a bacterial infection. She has been in ICU since April 12th with full blown dialysis because her kidneys are stressed. Gia has been sedated on a ventilator the whole time like "Sleeping Beauty" because her oxygen levels are still not right and she is not clotting her own blood.  Doctors have shared that what Gia is facing is very rare, 1 in 2 million. 

Gia's parents, Jennifer and Jaime Galvez, are self-employed and have no health insurance. They have been told Gia may be in the hospital up to 3 weeks or longer with the heaviest of antibiotics.  Additionally, when Gia leaves the hospital, she will need home health services . We have loved all the continued prayers and messages for Gia as we believe strongly in the power of prayer.  With so many requests to help, we thought this would be an amazing help.
