HAYDEN STRONG

Hayden Schaumburg is a 16 year old young man from Watseka, Illinois. On October 17th Hayden was injured in an on field play during his high school football game. He injured his 4th and 5th vertebrae and is suffering from a compressed spinal cord. Hayden has been hospitalized in Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois since his accident.

Hayden is an inspiring young man who is involved in his community as well as his acedemic life. He is the President of his FFA at Watseka Community High School. He is also a Section 10 Secretary for FFA. He holds FFA very dear to his heart. He is involved with his local 4-H club and also shows his cattle at the Iroquois County Fair.

Hayden also takes part in the Watseka Sensations which is his schools show choir team. He is a member of the National Honor Society. Hayden has also been a participant of his high school track and football teams.

As he is involved in several activities he is a very determined individual who helps on his family farm- from doing cattle chores before school to helping in the fields. THIS is his pride and joy!

Hayden is an outstanding member of the community, farm life, and school. Please keep Hayden in your thoughts and prayers as he endures this long road ahead of him to bring him to his fullest potential that he can fullfill.
