Gifts of Love in Honor of Pastor Lafayette Dorsey

With heavy hearts we regret to announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Pastor, Mentor and Friend, Pastor Lafayette R. Dorsey, Sr., affectionately known to everyone as Pastor D, Honey, Pops, Big Laf and Lala.

Pastor Dorsey passed away peacefully on Friday morning, March 31st with his wife Lady Chelesa and family by his side. He will be missed and his legacy will live on.

As you can imagine this loss has been extremely difficult on First Lady Chelesa and daughter Adoriah. Since the untimely passing of Lafayette "R'Jai" Dorsey, Jr. the family has exhausted funds on medical expenses for both Pastor + First Lady, in addition to college expenses for Adoriah. Several of you have contacted the family and have asked to be of assistance financially. This GoFundMe has been created to assist with the burial arrangements and expenses for the Dorsey Family.
