Gigi and Carlos Bonilla and children

Hi my name is Michael Ruxsaksriskul,

Gigi is a childhood and school friend. She is a wife, mother, believer and a very recent cancer survivor. Her husband Carlos is a victim of a hit and run by a SUV they left him for dead. Thankfully a Good Samaritan saw him and was able to call 911 and perform CPR.

They have 3 wonderful young children, 2 older ones in college. Carlos has been in ICU for over a month now with severe skull damage among other injuries. The doctors are stating that he will most likely be hospitalized for two years and would need to go through a very long rehabilitation. Which with cost 95k the insurance requires the family pay 45k first.

Along with all this, it has caused her and the family much financial distress. With the lose of income. What is even more devastating as of today the doctors are stating he is partially brain  dead and will transfer him to a specialized brain hospital.

During such trying times with the economy, inflation and covid I cannot imagine the weight and stress she is caring right now and will need to continue to carry until Carlos can return home. The authorities have found and arrested one of the assailants but the other has not been found. I am fundraising for her and Carlos and family.

I myself am a believer, Marine combat veteran and a single father to 5 prior to August of last year when I married for a second time. I could not imagine my now current wife having to deal with something like this and my children. From one believer, parent and husband I implore you to dig deep, share this and pray please even if you can’t donate right now I hope you would

consider donating at a later time. Any help is truly appreciated.
