Gilbert Bustos Memorial To Help His Family

Gilbert Benjamin Bustos
My father Gilbert , was a loving family man , a beloved son , father , brother, uncle ,cousin , friend , dad dog & many other beautiful titles he carried . My dad passed away after a very long battle with COVID complications that affected his lungs . He was a dedicated truck driver helping others during this worldwide pandemic , he returned home very ill to my family on November 23 in Terre Haute, Indiana which is the home he worked so hard for . My dad was a fighter , he was always strong as long as I can remember , when the fight of his life started on thanksgiving morning he left thinking he would be returning home . Power of prayer goes a long way , god truly hears our prayers for our loved ones , he fought this horrible virus with all his might for over 50 days on life support . We got the devastating news on January 17,2021 that my father had went with our savior. He was a very humble man , very generous, a provider for his family , & those around him . He brought so much light & laughter into this world and always thought about us before himself , I just know that god welcomed him home with open arms .
This fund me is for my family back home , his mother and father , & his youngest daughter , to give the proper goodbye for their son , my dad . Not only will this bless our family but it will help them move out of their home where my dad resides, he was the soul provider and my grandparents as he would say “ they’re old!” haha , so this will help them get started on a new life without him , to begin something new of their own for now . Any donations are a blessing and appreciated , but even prayers will do enough #Prayforatruckdriver #FamilyMan
We will miss him dearly , forever & ever . I know he’s in such a beautiful place , that’s what brings me peace that he’s not hurting anymore . May god bless you all , your family’s , & may he keep us all healthy during these times .
With love,
