Dear Friends and Family,

Life threw my brother Gilles a curveball that none of us saw coming. A double mycotic aneurysm brought on by endocarditis has left him needing intensive therapy and rehabilitation to reclaim his life and voice. It’s a heart-wrenching situation, but Gilles’ spirit remains unbroken, and I know with the right support, he can bounce back.

To all who have asked how to help, I’ve created a GoFundMe page dedicated to gathering resources for his recovery. This fundraiser will help cover the costs of orthotherapy, physical therapy, and speech/language therapy. Furthermore, it will assist our family with essential expenses like parking passes during hospital visits, which can quickly add up.

Your generosity, even in these small ways, is what will help us restore Gilles to the vibrant, joke-telling brother we all adore. He has touched many lives with his humor, and it’s our turn to rally around him during this tough time.
