Gillian in her latest battle. This time with cancer.

Donation protected
Gill has had to fight most of her life, being the youngest person in Europe to receive a pacemaker at the age of 7 along with a mitral valve replacement. Subsequently, she had her first stroke at 13 which took the use of her left side. Fighting this and learning to adapt to life she then suffered another stroke in her 40s.

Gill has dealt with everything life has thrown at her through 3 major heart surgeries, multiple pacemaker changes and to top it all off, epilepsy. Throughout all of this, Gillian has never lost her strength, fortitude, positivity and wonderful smile. At the age of 52 Gill is now facing the biggest fight of her life after being diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. She underwent major bowel surgery in March leaving her having to wear a colostomy bag permanently. Gill now has to have intense chemotherapy on a weekly basis which is really taking its toll on her already fragile body.
Please find it in your hearts to donate to help pay towards Gills expenses which include large pharmaceutical expenditure along with over 200 to 400km travelling she has to do on a weekly basis.
Thank you for taking the time to do read this and thank you for donating. All monies raised will be for the sole purpose as stated. Any remaining funds will be donated to a charity of Gillians choosing. God bless
