Gillies Creek Park Security and Recovery Fund

Thank you for considering donating to our cause! This fund will help recover Mary, a goat stolen from the park recently, and install a security system to protect the remaining community goats. The details of Mary's abduction are below:

Mary was seen tied up in the back of the suspect's white/silver lifted Chevy truck on November 22, 2022, at approximately 8:30 pm by a bystander leaving the Gillies Creek Disc Golf Course. Two men, over 30, were in the pens kidnapping Anne, another one of the goats. The good samaritan spooked the suspects, and they abandoned their efforts to steal Anne, escaping with Mary in the bed of their truck. Two men were in the truck, ready to drive the suspects away, for a total of 4 men perpetrating this crime. We hope to recover her safely and unharmed.

Gillies Creek Park is a community park run by a non-profit. The goats are on this property for community engagement and enjoyment; it saddens us that a situation like this has happened.
