Gina Hay, in loving memory

My name is Mylene. Gina was my sister in law. I am married to her older brother Chris. Gina passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday April 08, 2025. No one can be prepared for something like this! Gina and Todd were looking forward to their annual trip south in a few weeks. Instead, Todd had to plan her funeral. She has two kids: Isabella and Jacob. Gina loved life and had a gift of being able to remember EVERYONE! If she met you, she would remember your name and details that you shared with her even 5 to 20 years later! It seems she knew everybody! She would always run into someone she knew, even in Cuba! She loved the outdoors! Gina and Todd spent much time with good friends in the woods on their side by side. It was a great pastime that wrapped up what she loved: being with Todd, traveling with other like minded people, in nature. She was a dedicated mother to her now grown up children. We spent a lot of time with her and the kids as they were growing up. Memories to be cherished. In the past few days, we received countless messages from far and wide of people who are so saddened and shocked by her passing. They all say that the world has lost a cheerful, energetic and kind soul. Her kids, Todd, her mom Rebecca, her sister Karen, all her close family (Deveau, Hay, Robichaud), her UPS family and all her dear friends are struggling to wrap their brains around this tragedy. Sadly, there’s also unexpected cost and we wanted to help Todd and Gina’s family through this very difficult time by easing some of the financial burden now and in the months ahead. No amount is too small. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
kind regards,
Mylene
