Gina Nicholson

I am starting a GoFundMe for the family of my dear friend, Gina Nicholson, who tragically passed away while on a trip to Mexico with her boyfriend.

They were due to return on March 15th, however they never got off their flight in Buffalo. After more than two days of extreme worry, many phone calls, emails, and searching for any answers, we got the devastating news that both Gina and her boyfriend were found deceased. We still do not have any answers.

Gina loved her family immensely and was always willing to help anyone who needed it. Her laugh was infectious and she kept a smile on her face no matter what life brought. She leaves behind many family members including her son Dakota (Sydney) Nicholson and daughter, Poni Buckland, who is the mother of Gina's two grandchildren, who were everything to her.

Navigating this sudden loss while also trying to figure out the process for answers and closure has been emotionally exhausting for Gina's family. We all just want her home. Not only is that process lengthy, but it is incredibly expensive. Any help the family can get to manage these costs would greatly alleviate some of the stress of this tragedy.
