Gina Vigil

As most of you already know, our sister Gina was diagnosed with stage 3-4, ovarian cancer, and peritoneal carcinoma (stomach cancer). Since our family grew up five houses down the street from Nana, she was a significant influence on all of our lives. One of the main keys she taught us is to use "Natural Remedios (remedies)," whenever possible. She always made her own Remedios by boiling corn silk and drinking it, eating Osha a little piece of the bark to cure the stomach, boiling marijuana to soak a rag in and put on her knees for arthritis, etc. Nana also taught us how modern medicine was only a money-making industry. Gina is a TRUE BELIEVER in "Remedios," so when she was diagnosed with cancer on June 13th, she had a choice to go the chemo way or the Remedios way and seeing many others pass away shortly after chemo and surgery, Gina decided to go the Remedios ways since she is between stages 3 & 4 in cancer.
My sister Roxane's husband, Wayne, had done extensive research on an alternative treatment hospital in Tijuana, Mexico, "Oasis Of Hope." The treatments build up your immune cells while attacking the tumors. This type of therapy has a 30% increase in killing cancer than chemotherapy and surgery. It is a treatment that is not covered by insurance and cost between $33,950.00-$37,700.00 (could be higher). We created this page to help offset the high costs. We hope you can find it in your hearts to help save our sister.
If you know Gina, then you know that Gina has always been the "giver," she has always tried to help anyone she comes in contact with any way possible. If Gina can find a way to help a person, she will, and as many of you know, Gina is a true humanitarian with a heart of gold. There is a saying, "A wise man plants his last potato, whereas a foolish man eats his," I always said, "Not Gina, Gina will give her last potato away."
Now Gina needs help. We hope you can find it in your hearts to help save our sister. Anything helps and is truly appreciated.
