Ginger Lee Memorial

As many of you know, we all lost a very bright light in our city, groups, and village last Monday. Ginger Lee passed away. She was a long time member of the Grandparent Support Network and attended faithfully every Thursday night for 10 years!  Ginger was a natural leader, was loving and kind to all and could talk to and make anyone laugh and smile. She herself had the most beautiful smile and could light up any room. Known by all as the unofficial mayor of Wilmington, Ginger knew everyone! She was the first to give and share with others and organized and contributed to many events and causes. Her death was certainly unexpected and she leaves behind a loving husband, 3 wonderful children and many grandchildren, 3 of whom she was raising full-time. The family could use support with funeral expenses and ongoing care needs for her grandchildren. Ginger's family was most important to her and she always made sure they had all they needed. Lets honor Ginger by taking care of those she loved most.
