We are fundraising for one of our favorite Boulder Creek Families and we are looking forward to seeing all of the love and support from our community. Ginia & Lee Klamner are well known to Boulder Creek and their constant selfless giving to the community for the last 25 years.

Hello,
We are the Klamner family and find ourselves in an emergency situation. We have lost everything due to the CZU Lightning Fire. We have never asked for help as we have been so blessed to be able to help our community up until now.
Our family property, of 45 years, has been completely destroyed. On August 18, 2020, shortly after coming home from work, we were given less than ten minutes to evacuate and when we were able to return, everything was gone. We grabbed our pets, a change of clothes, photo albums and emergency documents and left with our family.
Lee’s mother purchased the home in 1974 and along with her two sons had built the property into a wonderful paradise to raise multiple generations of family. We lived there for the last 6 years and we had hopes that our children would be able to have their own families and grow old here. Every member of the family put their heart into what we had made and are all devastated by the loss.
In the middle of all of this we are trying to keep our lives as normal as possible. Andrea is pursuing her undergraduate degree at UCSC while her brother Zachary is keeping the valley running as a mechanic for Ernie’s Auto. Reginia is holding down the fort as the bank manager in Boulder Creek while Lee has been keeping busy with his private contracting business. Our loss of home is not our loss in spirit and we will keep pushing forward for our better future.
