Waukesha Parade Victim - Ginny Sorenson Memorial
Donation protected
On Sunday November 21, our beloved Ginny-- wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, was ripped from our lives in the horrific events of the Waukesha parade tragedy. She spent her last moments celebrating the beauty of life with her close friends when God called her to come home. Her time with the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies was that of pure joy, and it is beyond devastating to have lost our sweet Ginny in such a vile manner.
Her spirit was fierce and never aged. Everyone who knew Ginny knows she had a special soul, one that radiated with love. She was a caregiver through and through, whether caring for patients, family, and especially in caring for her beloved furry friends. She always reminded us that "Angels watch over you", and we are blessed to have her watching over us all now.
During this time, we are asking for prayers for our family, especially Ginny’s husband, Dave. If you are willing, we are accepting donations for Ginny’s funeral and memorial arrangements. Any funds left over will be passed on to her husband to support him in the difficult times ahead.
Our family appreciates all the love and support you all have shown us over the last few days. Ginny has impacted so many people’s lives, as we continue to remember and grieve her loss, we are profoundly touched by the precious memories she gave so many people. We’ll forever be grateful for having the time we did with her.
