Hello, my name is Kimberly Archie and I started this GFM for Danny Barnes, a former Girardi Keese client-victim whose settlement money was misappropriated and who has been fighting for justice since 1992. Danny has also battled cancer, he beat it years ago after being exposed to chemicals working for Lockheed, and now it has returned.

His story was recently told in the Hulu documentary, The Housewife & the Hustler 2: The Reckoning. Immediately after, viewers and Bravo fans began contacting me on various social media sites, moved by his story and heartbroken that his cancer had returned. They all asked how to help Danny so I got his blessing to set up this site for him.

Tom Girardi was supposed to help Danny and his father, who also worked for Lockheed and who also became ill from chemical exposure. Like so many of their coworkers, both ended up with cancer. After his father lost his battle with cancer, Danny continued to file complaints with the CA Bar Association and work to bring down Tom Girardi and his powerful entourage.

Danny even became a paralegal so he could help others and learn more about the system he knew had failed him.

All funds raised will go directly to Danny Barnes to help with medical bills, food, transportation to appointments and anything else he needs.

I hope we can show Danny that fighting for justice matters and that we have his back now, just as he tried in vain to do for all the Girardi Keese victims that came after him.
