Girls Build Repair
Tax deductible
Girls Build is a non-profit organization in Portland, OR, inspiring curiosity and confidence in girls through the world of building. They have a summer camp, where girls 8-14 years old learn the basics of building, including carpentry, electricity, concrete, sheet metal, and much more! Girls have fun with other girls their age, learning the basics of many trades from skilled female instructors.
They were recently featured on Mike Rowe’s show, Returning the Favor. She received a trailer in the show, which was donated with Mike Rowe Works Foundation and locally owned tiny home business, Tiny Innovations. We were heartbroken to hear that her trailer was broken into and trashed today, on October 16, 2017, 2 months after receiving her trailer.
We, Tiny Innovations, are starting this GoFundMe page to help her repair her trailer and replace her tools that were stolen during this break in. We are directly working with Katie Hughes, the director of Girls Build.
