Giroux family emergency

UPDATE: Keith is out of the ICU and no longer in critical condition, thank God! He has begun a long journey of physical therapy for cardio rehab. He is getting stronger each day and getting his body back in fighting shape! Every day he is a step closer to being discharged! There still is no timeline on his hospital stay, which is approaching a month. Thanks to family and friends for continued support near and far.

UPDATE: Our family has been given a Christmas miracle only God could deliver! Our dad is overcoming all odds and improving every day. The best gift of all. On Monday, December 11, our father Keith Giroux suffered a heart attack at in Charleston, South Carolina a day after attending his son’s wedding. Local surgeons have urged it’s too risky for him to drive or fly home to Vermont for the procedure. This puts a financial burden and logistical strain on our family as he prepares for a 5-way bypass and open heart surgery, post-op recovery in ICU and weeks in post-op recovery. Any amount would be greatly appreciated to help aid meals and lodging for the family. Please keep Keith in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult and stressful time.
