Hi! My name is Giulia, I live in London and I am an entrepreneur with a very innovative idea all focused around Allergy-Friendly Food.
Motivated by my passion for a healthy lifestyle, I am creating a unique service designed to serve a clear consumer need and inspire change to people's daily lifestyles. As the consumer's standards and expectation grow, the market turns more competitive.
Before I go on to tell you about my project, let me introduce myself.
Although I am still quite young, I have already had many experiences in my life. I lived (with my family) in 5 different countries, became exposed to many different cultures from a young age. I graduated with a 2:1 in Marketing and Management and worked for the past 4 years in advertising. I quit my job in January 2015 to focus on bringing to life both a passion and need of mine and for many people in the world: Allergy-Friendly food.This idea stems from a personal problem of mine as, since I was a baby, I have been suffering from food allergies and intolerances and eating accordingly.
As the awareness around these allergies grows, so do the people diagnosed, but the services providing viable solutions are hard to find.
I have created a very holistic business plan, built around helping others through nutrition, offering food, meals and also educational and inspirational events, whilst avoiding waste by donating daily unsold products to charities.
I am active on social media and regularly post on my blog, which has 6,000 strong readers from all over the world, whom I am happy to be helping everytime a new recipe is posted.

I already have two partners willing to invest 50% of the total funding needed and am here now to raise the necessary funds to start helping people giving back free-smiles to anyone with food allergies, and easing those common cooking nightmares.
