Give Anita some peace

Hello my name is Sarah Grassmick and I reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Anita.

Anita was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2019, she had to undergo a partial hysterectomy and thankfully she beat it. 2022 rolled around and she was then diagnosed with endometrial ovarian cancer, she then had a surgery to remove her ovaries and a large tumour in February 2023 and finally she went into remission. Now once again she is starting to fight cancer that has moved to her lymph nodes in her pelvis and abdominal cavity!

There is no cure for this cancer but the hope and prayer is remission with chemo and radiation for the next 7-8 months and then see where to go from there.

She will be unable to work during treatment and can't live alone. A friend will be at her house while she moves in with her parents but she will still have all kinds of expenses including medication, some housing costs with her house, animal care, and car payments. What she make on long term disability with work is not enough to cover everything, especially some meds that cost up to 150 per dose! Yuck !

Let’s do our best to give her some peace of mind where she can just focus on fighting and kicking cancers butt
