Give Back for Pia-Jade and Family...

Hi everyone, I am David and this fundraiser is for Pia-Jade and her family. I first met Pia through the Samford Valley Steiner School in November 2021.

If you're receiving this then you either know Pia or have become aware of her constant positivity, happiness, and caring nature as she's always ready to help wherever and whenever required!

What you may not know however and least of all from Pia, is the amount of loss and suffering she, Dave and the two little ones have experienced over the last 18 months. The photo above was sent to me by Pia on February 27th, 2022, after their house went completely underwater. It was a complete loss of all their personal possessions and things we need and rely upon every day but take for granted until we don't have them anymore.

They lost 2 cars in addition to the above and were not insured! Then one month later, Pia lost her job with Qantas for not bowing to the demands and coercion of you know what!

Fast forward to June 22nd, 2023, and after getting back on their feet, they suffer a home invasion, break-in, and theft of everything valuable, not previously lost to the flood, cash, and commodities. Then on July 5th, the same crooks came back and tried again in the middle of the night!

So, you'd never know Pia had gone through all this, and I've never met anyone who could've handled these trials with such grace and resilience, as Pia has demonstrated. It's for this reason that I'm organising this giveback for her, as I believe she is a phenomenal inspiration and extremely deserving of some good luck and assistance from us all and be made whole again.

The family's loss is estimated to be north of $50k and as I'm not one myself to ever ask for help, as is Pia, I'd appreciate any assistance you can manage in contributing towards this giveback and I'll kick it off with $1000.00 myself...all funds will go directly to Pia in an attempt at recovering the losses they have suffered.
