Give back to Daisy Bicking in her time of need!

My dear friend and mentor Daisy Bicking has helped thousands of horses and their owners, and she now needs our help. About a month ago, Daisy was hospitalized for mysterious neurological symptoms that have made it nearly impossible for her to safely continue to do her work as a hoofcare professional while she seeks treatment. She has undergone a battery of tests and many days spent hospitalized, and is still looking for answers. Though she has relied on closely-supervised apprentices to keep up with the intensive rehab cases on the farm, it has become impossible to maintain her normal volume of client horses while she pursues medical treatment and rest. She is faced with the double-whammy of mounting medical bills and significantly decreased income. To make matters worse, her full-time apprentice was injured by a horse and will not be able to assist while he heals.
Daisy's normal work volume and income is what has made Daisy Haven Farm able to support a close-knit team of staff who keep the short-term rehab and sanctuary residents happy and healthy. In supporting Daisy in her time of need, we can also support the wonderful team at Daisy Haven Farm to keep the farm running while Daisy rests and heals.
If you or a horse you know has ever been helped by Daisy's work - whether that be as a client, mentee, colleague, student, or member of the many online communities Daisy has generously contributed her knowledge to - now is an important moment to give back to her what she has given to the hoofcare community. Any amount helps!
