Give Bella a Chance: Support Frank's Best Friend

Meet my friends Frank and Bella!

I met this dynamic duo over the summer at the Lewiston dog park! Over the last 6 months, I've had the opportunity to get to know many of the "regulars" who frequent the dog park daily; Frank and Bella are two of them, and they are the best! Frank is a kind and gentle soul who is disabled and on a fixed income, though he is never without a pocket full of treats, which of course makes him a fan favorite amongst the dogs! His sweet, charming, and faithful companion Bella is a spry 11-year-old mixed breed who recently developed a concerning lump on her side.

Frank took Bella to see her veterinarian, who believes Bella likely has skin cancer. Even if this lump is a benign cyst, it will still need to be removed as it's constantly irritated and getting burst/reopened. This puts Bella at risk for serious infections.

Frank was given a quote of around $3,000 to remove this lump and 2-3 other small ones also found on Bella.

Unfortunately, given that Frank is on disability, this isn't something he can take on by himself. The vet visit alone was a strain on finances at $200, just to tell him what he pretty much already knew.

I'm asking for community support on behalf of Frank and Bella. I hope you consider donating and sharing so we can help Bella get the care she needs and give Frank peace of mind that there is help for his best friend.
