Give Cole a Handicap Accessible Van

Hello, my name is Danielle and Cole is my wonderful nephew. Cole is a strong, little boy who was diagnosed with a rare X-linked disorder called, Snyder-Robinson Syndrome, shortly after he turned 1. This diagnosis is so rare that only 1-300,000,000 people get it worldwide meaning approximately 100 people have the same condition. In addition to that he also suffers from a rare form of epilepsy. Cole is now five years old and is growing fast. He needs ample medical supplies and assistive devices to get him around, as he cannot walk. I am making this GoFundMe to help him and his parents out in affording a wheelchair accessible, handicap van to take him to his appointments and get around as he will outgrow his car seat soon.
