Give David Walker a Dignified Farewell

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Karen and David was my father. He lived in South Park his entire life. Born to Leslie and Alice Walker in 1937, he went to Concord Elementary and Cleveland HS. He married the love of his life in 1966 and raised his family in the same home he grew up in, as well as his mother. Family still resides in the house today. He was a loving father, always making sure his family was taken care of. I remember once noticing that he had cardboard in his shoes because the money we had went to buying shoes for us kids and groceries. He always greeted people with a warm smile and a hello. He loved us with all his heart. He was not perfect but tried nonetheless. My kids and I moved in with him a few years back when we had nowhere else to go. We helped each other in order to make ends meet. My father loved having his grandkids around. They brought so much joy to him. My father passed away today and I find myself not being able to afford the cremation costs. I work full time, but it does not cover the cost of basic living. This is hard for me, but I need help. This is why I started this GoFundMe, so that I can give my father his wish to be cremated and buried with my mom. His final wishes were for no funeral. Thank you all.
