Give Bangladesh’s Stray Animals a Second Chance
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Sadia, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share the plight of stray cats and dogs in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Every day, these innocent animals face unimaginable suffering—from starvation to abuse by humans. Many are beaten for simply trying to survive, like a stray cat I once saw being attacked for stealing a piece of fish to feed her kittens. Stories like this are far too common, where animals are seen as pests instead of creatures deserving compassion.
Stray dogs, too, live a life of constant fear. Many are tortured, beaten, or killed simply because they’re seen as a nuisance. Some die agonizing deaths from starvation or untreated injuries. I’ve seen dogs with wounds left to fester and others struck down because they bit someone in desperation or fear. These animals have no one to turn to and nowhere to go.
I want to change this. My dream is to build a shelter in Dhaka where stray cats and dogs can find safety, food, and care. This shelter would be a sanctuary for animals in need, providing a space where they can heal and, if possible, find loving homes.
Your support can help me achieve this goal. Every donation will go directly toward building the shelter, feeding the animals, and providing emergency medical care. In addition, a portion of the funds will be set aside for urgent situations, such as rescuing an animal in immediate danger or paying for life-saving surgeries. I promise to share updates on how your contributions are being used, so you can see the difference you’re making.
Together, we can create a haven for these voiceless souls and give them the second chance they deserve. Please consider donating and spreading the word about this cause. With your help, we can bring hope and relief to the stray cats and dogs of Dhaka.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
