Help move our friend ASAP

Story:

When Elle was 16 years her her mother had gotten into a horrifying motorcycle accident which resulted in an amputation of her leg. Because of this she needed a caretaker. Elle stepped up.

Elle is now 32 years old and she has been her mothers caretaker this entire time. She has tasted a taste of being herself and not overwhelmed which care taking. She takes care of her mom 24/7. Shes extremely lucky to have 4 hours of sleep.

Right now she is taking care of 4 people to make ends meet and try to move over but thing after thing keeps takimg any saved money from her.

This is where my partner and I have stepped in.

Elle is on the autism spectrum. She is fully functioning and can do things but where she lives in Oregon she can not do anything. She cant go to school or find another job. Where we live it is very friendly with people with disabilities and on the spectrum. She has been doing this job for too long. She is breaking herself. She wants to move. My partner and I can't do this alone. If we dont do this... Elle will never come over and will kill herself with exhaustion. We are terrified of that.

Edit:

Things have taken a turn for the worse. She needs out now. If we dont grab her now she will drive cross country charged up with emotions. We cant have that. We want to get her here by plane. Safely and soundly.
