Give Gloria Everett a Dignified Farewell

Dear Friends and Community,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the tragic news of the passing of Gloria Everett, a wonderful wife and devoted member of the “Rock of Praise Church.” Gloria was violently killed in a hit-and-run accident on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Her sudden and untimely death has left her husband, Bernard Everett, devastated and grappling with unimaginable grief.

Bernard never dreamed he would be burying his beloved wife while also dealing with his own health issues. Despite his pain, he is determined to honor Gloria’s memory by giving her the beautiful funeral she deserves. To do this, our family has come together to set a “go fund me”, which will cover the costs of her casket, burial, funeral, and the repass at House of Day Funeral Home.

Gloria was a beautiful, God-fearing woman who ministered to anyone who would listen. She volunteered her time to minister at the Downtown Toledo Court House, touching countless lives with her kindness and faith. Her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her.
