Give Gordon His Last Wishes

Hi, I am setting up this page on behalf of my stepdad Gordon Airlie. Gordon was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, given 48hours as touch and go this time last year. He battled by smashing everything handed to him with no complaints. At the end of last year, we found a compatible donor. We were told it had been a success at the end of January. Unfortunately, a month later, we got called in to be told it has come back aggressively, only giving him up to 9 months to live. The blood results two days later had doubled, and we were then contacted to be told the months had turned into days/weeks.

Gordon's wishes were to have a living wake to see everyone; this was planned for the 18th of march. They were planning to get married the same night. The consultant told us to push forward the party/wedding as they don't see him here on the 18th (March). Gordon and Audrey were married Friday the 4th of March, giving Gordon one of his massive wishes.
