Give Hallie-Grace the send off she needs.

Hi there , unfortunately my brother Joel Pitt and his girlfriend Lucy walker lost their most beautiful and amazing little girl Hallie-Grace on the 1st July 2021. It came as a shock to family and friends. We would love to give her the send of she needs. We are still awaiting the answer to why this has happened. Unfortunately this happened in wales and therefore will cost to bring her back home. Also would be grateful for any help towards her funeral and head stone. She really was one of a kind. We are thinking of you all, Joel&lucy&Jax&keria&rosie&junior. Xx
