Heart of Hope: Help Support Jason's Recovery
Donation protected
Anyone that knows Jay loves Jay. He is a loving father, dedicated worker, loving son and fiancé, and resilient man who has always put his family first. Jason has the most optimistic and joyful attitude, and every moment is a blessing to him. But now, Jason faces his biggest challenge yet—a life-threatening heart condition
Having been thought a long battle of having multiple strokes, diagnosed with sarcoidosis, and VP shunt placement. After months of being in the hospital, Jason was able to come home and rebuild his life. In August 2024, he was diagnosed randomly with heart failure- viral myocarditis. After a series of examinations, he was told that his heart was only functioning at 20% and was rushed to a higher acuity hospital due to the severity of his condition. He has already undergone multiple surgeries and procedures including being put on ECMO which is doing the work for his heart until the direction of his recovery is known.
Jay is the full-time provider for his 13-year-old son, Aiden, who is his world. His fiancé Lindsey who is currently taking a leave of absence to be with Jay. We are humbly asking for your support. Every dollar raised will go directly towards medical bills, medications, rehabilitation, and ensuring that Jason can continue to provide for his son during this difficult time. No one should have to choose between their health and their family's well-being. By coming together, we can give Jason the chance to see his son, Aiden, grow up and continue being the incredible father he is. Any contribution, big or small, will make a tremendous difference. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this with others.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness and support. Jay has always gone above and beyond for all his friends and family, and this is our opportunity to do so for him. Thank you for taking the time to read Jason's story. With your help, we can give him the gift of life and the opportunity to create more memories with his family.
