Give Parkinson's the AXE
Donation protected
My name is Tristan Campbell, I am 44-years-old and I have Early Onset Parkinson’s. And I want you to help give Parkinson’s the Axe.
For a sport that relies on consistent, a repeated action, competing with Parkinson's can be quite challeging (see video further below)!
My best hope for the future, and the best hope for the 10 million people who have Parkinson’s and the millions more who will be diagnosed, is research. And research needs money. There are Parkinson's vaccination clinical trials happening right now that are a direct result of increased research funding over the past decade - it really makes a big difference.
Please dig deep and help give Parkinson’s the AXE!
UPDATE: FROM 4TH MAY, AS WE HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO RECEIVE $3K TOWARDS TRAVEL COSTS FOR TOURNAMENTS. FROM THIS DATE 100% OF DONATIONS GO TO SHAKE IT UP AUSTRALIA.
Note: as this is a combined charitable and personal fundraiser, donations made here are not tax-deductable. If you would like to make a tax-deductable donation directly to Shake It Up, please do so here. I will not receive any funds from this, but it's the research that is more important. If you would like to donate to Parkinson's support services, please consider Parkinson's WA.
