Help us give Puerto Rico Stray Pups a chance at a new life

Hi everyone, as you all know, I along with another friend Yareli’s Verdejo feed , rescue , and try to help the strays in Puerto Rico, especially those in my neighborhood of Saint Just, Carolina PR.

We have two other friends Ruby Suarez and Lourdes Navarro that are also part of our feed and rescue team .. “We are independent Animal rescuers in Puerto Rico :))”

The goal is to rescue the street puppies in our feeding area located in Saint Just , Carolina PR.

The pups will need to be vetted, all at our cost, because receiving USA shelters will not cover the cost of vaccinations nor travel when they accept them, so we need your help and its why I created this Gofundme so that we can help them together .

The shelters in Puerto Rico are always at full capacity and always say that they cannot accept them ! It’s a challenge, but it’s not impossible with the help of others. It takes a village, they say.

The funds I raise will be managed by me and are to be used to vaccinate, deworm , food , puppy supplies , flea and tick preventatives , shipment of puppies to accepting shelters in USA .

Funds will also be used for spay/neuter at a later date if puppies are still in foster care in PR. waiting for adopters or space at a USA shelter . Any remaining funds will be used for TNR of the stray dogs we currently feed in Saint Just Carolina, PR

This is a continuous effort and therefore are goal for the amount of funds reached will change as we continue our rescue mission .

The funds will be deposit into my account and transferred via ATH Mobil or Venmo to my Animal Rescue friends Yareli’s , Lourdes or Ruby whomever takes responsibility to bring pups to vet and provide foster care until adoptions or travel arrangements can be made .. (Invoice of cost will be provided by the rescuer for veterinarian care / travel or any other expense at which time funds will be transferred for payment to them as they will be paying out of pocket till funds are available for transfer .
