Help Ro pay for her cancer treatment

Hello, we’re Peter, Jillian, Louis, and Olivia and we’re fundraising for my mom, Rosemary, or as you may call her, “Ro”.
You’re receiving this because you've shared a cup of coffee and a laugh with my mother.
If you know Ro, you know there’s nothing she enjoys more than sitting around a table for hours with her loved ones.
Even when there’s nothing left to talk about, we still don’t want to leave each other.
She has built her life around her family and friends: our traditions, birthdays, holidays, Sunday dinners, morning coffee, afternoon coffee, and evening coffee; for Mom, there’s no reason too small to get together.
We’re asking for your help to contribute to the cost of the next phase of her cancer treatment to gift her as many more laughs and sips of coffee around her table as possible.
Five years ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Although she's been very lucky that her health insurance covered her treatment up to this point, she's hit the limit of that treatment’s effectiveness.
The medication that has been controlling her cancer was only supposed to help for 1 to 4 years. She's been so blessed to get 5 years.
Now, her cancer has begun to slowly spread again. Her type of lung cancer is caused by a genetic mutation, so chemo and radiation aren't effective against it and are used as a last resort. They will not cure her, and if they work at all, it'll only be to buy her a little more time, with no quality of life.
Despite the success of the many other therapies available for cancer treatment, they’re not covered by insurance.
The window for these other therapies to be the most effective is now, while her body is still strong; which is why we need to raise funds as quickly as possible.
We know you have given her your support in your unique way throughout her journey so far.
